Biography

Fady Dagher graduated from the École nationale de police du Québec and joined the Service de police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM) in 1992 where he rose through the ranks for 25 years. From 2017 to 2022, he led the Service de police de l’agglomération de Longueuil (SPAL), before becoming the chief of the SPVM in 2022. Fady Dagher holds a McGill–HEC Montréal EMBA degree and is well known for his innovative and inclusive approach, as well as for his unifying and humane leadership abilities.
