Biography
An HEC Montréal Professor (1976–2008), she was a pioneer in the study of female managers in Canada, as well as conducting research into leadership and management skills. At the School, she was Program Director and an Adjunct Professor with the Pierre Péladeau Chair in Leadership. She co-founded the Women, Management and Organizations research group, and also published many papers and gave many lectures to the university and professional communities.
