An HEC Montréal Professor since 1989 and holder of the Canada Research Chair in Information Technology Implementation and Management since 2003, he has held a number of senior administrative positions, including Director of Research (1998–2001). He has authored many publications on information systems, and supervised more than 40 master’s and PhD students.
