An HEC Montréal Professor since 2004 and holder of the RBC Financial Group Chair of E-commerce since 2007, he is now a Full Professor in the Marketing Department. He is also a co-founder and co-director of the HEC Montréal Tech3Lab, the leading user experience laboratory in North America. His research interests are related to web-based marketing and consumer neuroscience.
