Office of the secretary General
The Secretary General is responsible for secretariat services for the School’s administration and for the related committees and subcommittees. She is responsible for legal affairs and compliance with the legislation governing the School.
The Secretary General handles the management, dissemination and conservation of the School’s official and constituting documents. She is responsible for protection of personal information and access to information.
She also acts as the School’s ambassador to various academic and government communities, the private sector and outside organizations. She is the Secretary of the HEC Montréal Board of Directors and chairs the Classification Committee. She also deals with requests for accommodation.
To achieve its mandate, the Secretary General coordinates and oversees the following units and activities:
- Legal Affairs and Committee Secretariat Services
- Student Services
- Career Management Services
- Institutional Information Management and Archives
- Relations and Agreements with Communities
- Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
