Protection of personal information and access to information
Through its policy, and in accordance with its legal obligations as set out in the Civil Code of Quebec and the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (RLRQ, c. A-2.1), HEC Montréal has made a commitment to protecting personal information collected for institutional purposes.

Request for correction or deletion of personal information
Any person wishing to correct inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous personal information, or to request the deletion of personal information should contact the department that collected or holds the information in question.
