Carrefour MBA Toronto 2024

The "Carrefour MBA Toronto" is back for its 3rd edition!

On Monday, April 15, 2024, a group of about thirty MBA students will set out to explore Toronto and get an inside look at three local businesses.

We are looking for businesses ready to open their doors to them.

Students enrolled in this activity are considering moving to Toronto in the coming months and are open to new opportunities starting in September or December 2024.
Full-time or part-time MBA students at HEC Montréal
English-speaking, multilingual, or bilingual
With several years of experience (average of 8)
With a dual education

A unique opportunity to showcase the behind-the-scenes of your company
Highlight openness and transparency by inviting a group of future talents into your space
Allow the student community to meet various team members
Embody your employer brand like never before
Create a privileged connection with candidates
Assess the soft skills of talents during the visit

Choose one of the following time slots:
- 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM
- 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
- 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Organize a one-hour tour of your offices, stores, warehouse, etc.
Plan a one-hour meeting with members of your teams after the tour. We recommend scheduling a networking period in the second hour and encourage the presence of a manager, a human resources and/or talent acquisition person, and, if possible, an HEC Montréal Alum.
Depending on the chosen time slot, the visit could include breakfast, lunch, or coffee and snacks.
