Audiovisual – Event support
The Audiovisual Department provides several types of support, depending on the nature of the activity:
- Technical assistance and sound (Banque Nationale amphitheatre and Lévis amphitheatre)
- Audiovisual or computer equipment rentals and loans for the event
- Event technical support (e.g., advice, video captioning, sound, hybrid meetings)
- Videoconference and communication (Zoom, Teams, webinars)
- Event webcasting
If you plan to have someone make a speech, make sure to reserve one or more lecterns when you make a room layout request.
How to request services
In the Audiovisual section of the Events portal - Demandes de services – Jira
- Enter the structured field combination (called CCS, for combinaison de champs de structure) covering the project fees.
- Student event: to find out your CCS, send an email to vie.associative@hec.ca
- Other events: if you do not have a CCS, see how to obtain one.
- Indicate the name of the entity making the order (department, service, unit, or student group)
- Detail your needs.
A service ticket will be created to inform the Audiovisual Department of your request. We will contact you as needed for specific information regarding this request.
