Showing videos on the digital signage network – Event support
The digital signage network (réseau ADN) can inform the HEC Montréal community of upcoming events by showing short videos, subject to approval, on digital signs around campus.
This service is subject to publishing rules and technical specifications. Learn more (in French).
How to request services
Write to explain your specific needs, at adn@hec.ca, and be sure to include the following information:
- The name of the group making the request (student committee, research hub, DAIP, Student Services, etc.)
- The event title and activity type
- The dates, times, and locations
- Website, Facebook, or Instagram links, or a QR code to provide more information
- Further details to be integrated into the video content
Please attach the following to your request, if available: images, logos, photos, and videos for your event.
