A joint PhD program with three other major universities

Together with Concordia, McGill, and the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQÀM), this PhD program represents one of the world’s most important doctoral training centres in management.

Receive personalized and stimulating individual supervision

Upon admission to the PhD program, you will be directly assigned to a professor who will be your academic supervisor.

This person will not only have extensive experience in publishing articles and conducting research, but also in supervising students. From the very start of your PhD, you will work in tandem with them on their research projects, from literature reviews to co-authoring activities.

This professor will be completely available and involved throughout your doctoral studies and will participate actively and closely not only in drafting your articles and thesis, but also in promoting your work at international conferences or symposia.

A consulting librarian will also be assigned to you from your first term in the program.

Develop your teaching skills

You will take part in pedagogy seminars, attend training workshops on teaching and collaborate with experienced professors.

  • Funding offered over 4 years for admitted students including various sources such as a scholarship and remuneration for assistantship, teaching, or research activities. Academic excellence scholarships may also be offered in addition.
