Over 50 students from 19 countries* attended this year’s in Business French Summer School at HEC Montréal, from July 18 to August 12, 2016.
“When I dreamed in French for the first time, it was very special,” says Irene Doelman, from the Netherlands. “It proved to me that I’d really learned something. Enough to be able to think in French.”

“I’m studying business at university and I’ve been learning French for 7 years now,” says Seth Hewitt, from Connecticut, in the United States. “So coming to the HEC Montréal program was a natural choice.”
In addition to credit courses in business French, the program organizes meetings with local economic, cultural and community players including Lolë, BIXI, Radio-Canada and La Tablée des Chefs.
“We really get to enjoy some unique and special activities and encounters,” says Katarzyna Szyndel, from Poland. “Like visiting the TV studio, which was really a new experience for me.”
In 2017, the summer school will be held from July 17 to August 11
