A superb performance at Happening Marketing 2021
Ten podium places for our BBA students
April 7, 2021
The HEC Montréal delegation took 1st place overall at Happening Marketing 2021, beating out the teams from the Concordia University John Molson School of Business (2nd) and the Université de Sherbrooke (3rd).
This was the 4th straight victory for the School at this interuniversity marketing competition, the largest of its kind in eastern Canada. Last year’s event had to be cancelled because of the pandemic.
On the theme of “Affiche tes couleurs” (Show your colours), to emphasize the importance of diversity, the competition was held online on March 26 and 27. The 39 Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) students from the School turned in an exceptional performance, winning 10 of 12 possible events, as well as the title of Co-ordinator of the Year, which went to their delegation co-ordinator, Anne-Sophie Lachapelle.
Nearly 350 students from 8 Canadian universities attended this 27th edition of the event, live.
