Our Student Community’s Outreach in Project Management
Gala A at PMI-Montréal

On November 28, 3 members of the HEC Montréal student community received awards for excellence in project management at Gala A, the academic recognition event of PMI-Montréal (Project Management Institute Montréal).
Tanya Giannelia, PhD student in Administration – Information Technology, first won the Prix de la Relève (Future Professionals Prize). Justine Parent and Étienne Trépanier-Malenfant, who are pursuing their D.E.S.S. en gestion (Specialized Graduate Diploma in Management) in Project Management, received a $1,000 scholarship.
PMI-Montréal has been actively contributing to the development of project management since 1977, especially through its certifications, which are among the most renowned in this sector. With more than 5,400 members, the association is now one of the largest local chapters of PMI’s prestigious global network.
