HEC Montréal wins PROSPÈRE Coup de cœur award from Conseil du patronat du Québec

HEC Montréal received the 2023 PROSPÈRE Coup de cœur Award at the second edition of the Gala Prospérité Québec held by the Conseil du patronat du Québec (Québec Employers’ Council). This event, which was attended by over 600 representatives from the business community, shone the spotlight on successful employers who have adopted a humanely prosperous business model.
This is a new award which has been presented for the first time in recognition of the exceptional year of an organization that primarily stands out for its vision and passion, as well as the mobilization and sense of belonging of all its employees, including members of its teaching and administrative staff.
“Faculty members from HEC Montréal are often lauded in the media for their outstanding knowledge and influence in society,” said Isabelle Faucher, Director of Human Resources at the School. “By conferring this award, the jury has highlighted the quality of our internal practices, our organizational culture and the innovative nature of our processes which benefit from the know-how of our professors.”
Marc-Antonin Hennebert, Director of Faculty Affairs mentioned the importance of this collaborative force within HEC Montréal: “As a major business school, HEC Montréal must rely on its internal expertise to cultivate an environment focused on the commitment, recognition and development of its employee community. This award represents both an endorsement of the work we have accomplished recently, and an extraordinary encouragement to continue our efforts.”
