October 3, 2024

HEC Montréal performed spectacularly at the Design Awards, organized by the University & College Designers Association (UCDA) on the occasion of its 54th annual conference in Indianapolis, from September 26 to 29, 2024.

“I am very proud of these awards, as they are a wonderful acknowledgement of everyone in the School’s Office of Communications and Government and International Relations. A huge shout out to the entire team for the colossal work of deploying HEC Montréal’s new brand identity, accomplished over the last 18 months.” – Martyne Dubuc, Director of Graphic Communications and Brand Image Services

This prestigious competition, which showcases the best graphic designs, aims to promote design excellence, support educational institutions and drive the exchange of creative ideas within the academic environment.

The jury, composed of experienced graphic designers, photographers and illustrators working in educational institutions, was won over by the School’s submissions, awarding it several distinctions:

A photo taken by HEC Montréal photographer, Corinne Fortier, also received an Honourable mention.

“Although there were many worthy entries, the integrated campaign submitted by HEC Montréal was unparalleled... The level of sophistication and execution dwarfed all other projects.”  – Rex Whisman, Jury Member and Founder, BrandEd Consultants
