Pierre-Carl Michaud joins the editorial board of the Journal of Pension Economics & Finance

Pierre-Carl Michaud has been invited to join the editorial board of the Journal of Pension Economics & Finance, which is published by Cambridge University Press. This journal is an international reference focusing on the economics and finance of pensions and retirement income, and it will now benefit from his expertise in the evaluation and selection of articles, demonstrating his influence and valuable contribution in these fields on a global scale.

About Pierre-Carl Michaud
Pierre-Carl Michaud holds an MSc in applied economics from HEC Montréal and a PhD in economics from Tilburg University in the Netherlands. A Professor in the Department of Applied Economics since 2016, he heads the Retirement and Savings Institute as well as the Jacques-Parizeau Research Chair in Economic Policy at HEC Montréal.
In addition to participating in the Québec Taxation Review Committee in 2014 and 2015, he has been a Research Associate in Economics of Aging at the National Bureau of Economic Research since 2017. A member of the College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists of the Royal Society of Canada, he won the School’s Esdras Minville Award in 2023. His current research focuses mainly on the economic challenges of demographic change.
