3rd place in university sales competition
February 20, 2025
Two Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) students performed brilliantly by taking 3rd place overall at the first edition of the Canadian University Sales Competition (CUSC).
This competition, in which students compete in role-playing and speed-selling challenges, took place on February 7, 2025, at Toronto’s Ted Rogers School of Management.
The winning team from HEC Montréal consisted of Élodie Martel and Christine Wagner. They were accompanied on site by Bruno Lussier, professor in the Department of Marketing and director of the Sales Institute, HEC Montréal.
Christine Wagner also won first place in the French speed-selling category.
The team had been coached by HEC Montréal graduate and lecturer, Marie-Elyse Forget, who is also an expert in customer experience, B2B sales, and a consultant with Octaza Marketing.
The University Competitions Service would like to thank all those who participated in the preparation of these teams, and the HEC Montréal Alumni Association for its financial support in particular.
