A 3rd podium for an MBA team in 2025
Case competition on Women in Leadership
March 18, 2025
An MBA team performed excellently once again in an interuniversity competition. Students Lili Li, Lilia Yahyaoui, Stéphanie Deslauriers and Marguerite-Rose Gouarné won 3rd place in the case competition organized as part of the Reimagining Women in Leadership conference.
The team from HEC Montréal was coached by Laetititia Dandavino-Tardif.
The competition, which was in its 5th edition, took place on March 8, and was organized by the Ted Rogers School of Management in Toronto Metropolitan University
An original case is written for this competition every year, and the theme always focuses on challenges facing female decision-makers. This year, the theme revolved around AI and the transformations it brings about in the world of work (Future of work and AI: Will you still fit?)
Each team had 20 minutes to present their solution, plus a 10-minute Q&A with the judges. The finalist teams, selected by a panel of judges, then had two hours to review their presentations to solve a situation that was added to the initial case.
The School’s University Competitions Service would like to thank all those who contributed to the success of this student delegation, as well as the HEC Montréal Alumni Association for its financial support.
