Supporting documents to submit for admission
You will receive an e-mail with your HEC Montréal student number within three days, allowing you to access your HEC en ligne account. This may take longer in some cases, depending on statutory holidays.
You have five working days after receiving this e-mail to submit your supporting documents, in unprotected PDF format, via HEC en ligne > Documents > Documents Upload. If you are experiencing difficulties, consult the Zone Info online.
Status of your supporting documents
To find out the status of the documents you have submitted, check your HEC en ligne account.
Status | Description |
---|---|
Received | Document submitted. |
Treated | Document accepted. |
Non-compliant | Document to be submitted again, because it is:

Translation of documents
For any document in a language other than French or English, we require an official translation certified by:
- the consulate or embassy of the country of origin;
- a member of the Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ);
- a certified translator.
