You must register to participate in the ceremony. Without registration, you will not be assigned a seat.

Tickets

  • Graduate ticket : free
  • Guest ticket (maximum of 2 to 4 guest tickets, depending on the ceremony) : $45
    • Children under the age of two are admitted for free and must remain seated on an accompanying adult.
    • Children of two years and over must have a paid guest ticket and must be accompanied by an adult guest.
  • Graduates are not seated next to their guests during the ceremony.
  • Registration is possible until the the date mentioned above (subject to the number of available places).

  

Online form and payment

  • Make sure you have selected the correct program on the online registration form. For the BBA, please choose the correct stream.
  • Before confirming your online registration form, check all the information submitted since it will not be possible to re- access your registration.
  • Two payment solutions are available: online credit card payment or payment by check sent to our offices.
  • In the case of an online payment, be sure to have your credit card in hand as the time is limited and once it has been exceeded, you will not be able to go back to the payment platform.
  • You will receive an automatic email from remisedediplomes@hec.ca a few minutes after your registration. If you also pay online, you will receive a second automatic email confirming your payment.
