Every program is structured around a series of sessions that guide you through the key steps of building a career that truly fits you.

Onboarding BAA” Program


Are you starting at HEC and want to get off to a strong start? Still unsure about your specialization?

The Career Management Services is here to guide you from day one! Through two interactive virtual sessions, you’ll discover your strengths, your professional profile, and the key management skills that will help you shape your path:

“Launch your career... by landing your first job!” Program


Are you about to finish your studies but don’t have experience in searching for a professional job?

This program is designed for you if:

  • You’re unsure about the type of job you want.
  • Your résumé doesn’t fully showcase your potential.
  • You feel hesitant when approaching employers
  • Your interview answers lack clarity and structure

In three dynamic virtual group sessions, led by a career advisor, we’ll work together to help you land your first job — all in a supportive and motivating environment.

  • Session 1 | Kick-start your job search on solid ground: clarify your career goal and discover an effective job search method (in French)
  • Session 2 | Polish your professional brand: align your CV, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile with your ambitions (in French)

“Unlock Quebec” Program

Do you already have several years of professional experience, are you currently pursuing a graduate program (M.Sc, MBA, DESS, Microprogram, etc.), and are you looking for your first job in Quebec?

Take part in this program, which includes 3 sessions of 1h15 and practical exercises in Fall 2025:

  • Part 1: Your market value in a new geography
    Understand how local recruiters look at profiles and learn how to articulate your value in a new geography (In English)

    Create a Career Plan that helps to bring clarity and will yield a greater ROI (In English)

  • Academic guidance in management to explore different options, including the cumulative bachelor’s degree and its prospects
  • Support to clarify your goals, highlight your experience, and prepare effectively for your next steps
  • A flexible schedule: on-campus activities in the evening, online sessions at lunchtime, plus resources available anytime to move forward at your own pace

”Regain momentum” Program

This program is for you if you are going through a period of doubt, indecision, or lack of motivation in your academic journey. You may feel a sense of stagnation or uncertainty about your future, which can hold back your engagement and perseverance.

Through this program, you’ll find concrete and accessible tools, spaces for sharing, and inspiring testimonials to help you take action despite uncertainty. The goal is to support you in regaining confidence in your ability to move forward—even in small steps—and to embrace experimentation as a driver of progress.
